Question 1

What exactly is an "agent"?

Accepted Answer

An agent is a single AI worker trained to do one job in your business: answer the phone, text back missed callers, qualify leads, book jobs, chase no-shows, collect reviews. Each one runs 24/7, never calls in sick, and handles unlimited volume. You're not buying software to figure out yourself. We build and train every agent, then the platform runs it.

Question 2

Why is there a one-time build fee?

Accepted Answer

Because we handle the full setup, so you never touch the software. The build covers training each agent on your services, pricing, and service area, wiring them into your calendar and CRM, setting up your dedicated number and call forwarding, and testing every flow on real scenarios before you go live. Cheaper tools skip this fee because they hand you the work. We do it all for you, and you're live in 48 hours. (Solo's build is on us.)

Question 3

Will it sound like a robot?

Accepted Answer

No. Callers reach a natural-sounding voice trained on your business, and most don't realize they're talking to an agent. It answers in your tone, knows your services, and handles the conversation like a sharp front-desk hire would.

Question 4

Can I start small and add agents later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of clients start with Solo or Core and upgrade as the booked jobs roll in. Adding agents is simple. They're built to work together, so each one you add makes the others more effective. No rebuild, no downtime.

Question 5

Which trades do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, locksmiths, general contractors, restoration, landscaping, and pest control. If your business runs on inbound calls and booked jobs, your agents will feel right at home. We're GTA-based and built for Canadian trades.

Question 6

How fast am I live?

Accepted Answer

About 48 hours from kickoff. The build is the real work. Once your agents are trained and tested, they go live and start catching calls immediately.

Question 7

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We earn your business every month by booking you more work, not by locking you in.

Question 8

What if an agent makes a mistake?

Accepted Answer

You're never on your own. Because it's fully hosted, we monitor your agents, review how they're handling calls, and tune them as your business changes. If something's off, we fix it. That's why it keeps getting better over time.
