3. SMS & Messaging Data
MinuteLead sends and receives SMS messages on behalf of your business as part of the core service. This includes missed-call text-back messages, qualification conversations, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up sequences, and review requests.
All SMS message content is stored securely within our platform for the purpose of managing lead conversations and providing service continuity. Message data is associated with your account and is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., SMS delivery through our telecommunications provider).
